PINTU UNIMED won the 2nd Best Public Complaints Manager from the Kemristekdikti

SEMARANG – Integrated Information and Service Center (PINTU) Unimed received the second best award in the PTN Public Service Complaint Management category from the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Kemenristekdikti) at Public Higher Education (PTN) Public Relations and Higher Education Service Institutions (LLDikti) and the Public Service Complaints Manager (Lapor!) of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education as an appreciation for the performance of Public Relations and report managers! (03/01).

The event which was held at Diponegoro University (Undip) was the second time it was held. The aspects assessed in the Public Relations Award include the quality of information services through the internet (website), social media, and media relations. Whereas in the Lapor Management Award, the aspects assessed were the quantity of complaints, completion, and average follow-up.

The event organized by the Kemenristekdikti Public Cooperation and Communication Bureau (KSKP) involved independent and competent judges, namely the President’s Special Staff for Communication Adita Irawati Institution, Strategic Digital Nukman Luthfie, and Members of the Public Relations Association and Founder of Nagaru Communication Dian Agustine Nuriman. Also present were Undip Chancellor Yos Johan Utama, Head of Central Java Region LLDikti VI Yuwono Puji Sugiharto, Head of KSKP Bureau of Kemenristekdikti Nada Marsudi and hundreds of PTN and LLDikti nominees.

As Unimed Rector, Prof. Dr. Syawal Gultom, M. Pd. claimed to be proud of receiving an award from the Kemristekdikti. “Congratulations to the PINTU team, hopefully next year can achieve the best achievements and be able to reach other categories. Let’s evaluate together what the shortcomings are and we move quickly to improve them, this achievement is a motivation for us together to continue to innovate and act better, “said Prof. Syawal.

He added, “We can learn from state universities that have won the best awards from several categories, we apply the good value in Unimed, so that Unimed will be better and more advanced in terms of public information disclosure and complaints services to the public.”

On the same occasion, Secretary General of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education Ainun Na’im said “I hope PTN public relations and LLDikti will become more qualified. Giving this gift is also expected to encourage public relations staff of PTN and LLDikti to work more creatively. The hope is that selected PTNs and LLDikti can motivate other public relations to work better. For those who have not won, please work better. We are waiting for your best work in 2019. “
